Educational Qualification
- For Graduate Apprentice: Applicants are required to have completed their Graduation (B.Tech./B.E.) from an acknowledged institution in the pertinent field, achieving a remarkable minimum of 65% marks if they belong to the General/EWS/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category, and an equally impressive minimum of 60% marks if they are from the SC/ST category.
- For Technician Apprentice: Candidates must have completed a Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution after May 2021, with a remarkable minimum of 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, and an impressive 60% marks for SC/ST candidates.
Age Limit
- The Age limit of the candidates is Minimum age limit for all categories is 18 years and the Maximum age for General/ EWS category candidates is 27 years, for Other Backward Class (Non-Chemical Layer) 30 years, and SC. Caste/ Sect. For the tribe, it is 32 years. There is a provision for an additional relaxation of 10 years for physically handicapped candidates (with a minimum of 40% physical disability) in their respective categories.
Salary Detail
- Graduate Apprentice will be given a consolidated stipend of for one year Rs. 9000/- per month and Technician Apprentice will get Rs. 8000/- per month payable.
Selection process
- The Selection of the candidates is based on the Merit.

- For SC/ ST/ PwBDs/ Ex-Servicemen/ J&K Domiciled / Departmental candidates/ Candidates belonging to Doob Kshetra: Nil
