THDC Engineer Trainee Jobs 2024: Age Limit
- The candidate’s upper age limit is 30 years
Salary Detail
- Candidates selected for the post of Engineer Trainee will receive a very attractive pay package with a basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 3%-1,60,000 (IDA) (E2 Grade) during the period of training period of one year. These individuals will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Assistant Manager in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA).
- During the training period, selected candidates will be paid basic pay along with the Dearness Allowance and will also be entitled to other allowances under the cafeteria approach. Other perks and benefits such as leaves, medical benefits, Provident Fund, Pension, and Gratuity will be applicable on regularization of employment.

- The selection process will be based on Shortlisting, Graduate Aptitude Test, GATE, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

- Step 1: Visit the THDCIL website at https://www.thdc.co.in/ and navigate to the Career Section, then click on New Openings. Remember, only online registration through the provided link will be accepted.
- Step 2: Ensure that you have appeared for GATE-2023 to be eligible for registration against Advertisement No. 01/2024 on the THDCIL website. Follow the instructions carefully and provide accurate information in the online registration form. After completion, a Unique Registration Number will be generated.
- Step 3: Provide the correct details of your GATE-2023 Exam including the Admit Card Number in the THDCIL Online Registration form.
- Step 4: Enter your Basic Information exactly as it appears in your GATE-2023 application. Make sure to fill in fields like State Domicile, Category, Religion, etc.
- Step 5: Fill in your Academic & Professional Qualification details based on your mark sheets and certificates. Convert CGPA to percentage accurately.
Tick the boxes for Languages Known and fill in Address details and other required information. - Step 6: Upload all necessary documents in the specified format and size, ensuring they are clear and readable.
- Step 7: After filling in all details, click the Save button. Depending on your category:
- General, OBC(NCL), and EWS candidates need to click on Payment Now and complete the payment process before clicking the Submit Button.
- ST/SC/PwBD/J&K Domiciled/Ex-Servicemen/Victims of riots/Doob Kshetra/Department Candidates (THDCIL Employees only) do not need to pay the Registration Fee. They can directly click on the Submit button for Final Submission.
- Step 8: After clicking the Submit button, your Registration Form will be considered complete. Remember not to send the printout of the application form to any THDCIL office.
- Step 9: Finally, take a printout of the completed application form for your reference and keep it safe.
