Educational Criteria
- The candidate/ applicant must have passed the English test or equivalent from an educational institution/ school recognized by the Government of Odisha.
- 3 (three) consecutive years of artificial insemination of the candidate/ applicant (National Cow-Mahisadi Breeding Programme). Must have experience working in the field (NPCBB).
- The candidate/applicant must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the district.
- The candidate/ applicant should be of good moral character.
- The candidate/ applicant should be able to speak, read, and write Odia.
- Candidate/ applicant should not have multiple living wives/ husbands.
Age Limit
- The age of the candidate/ applicant must not be less than 18 years and not more than 55 years.
Selection process
- The selection process is based on the experience and the physical ability test.
Physical ability:
- The candidate/ applicant must be in good mental working physical condition, sound and must not have any physical disability that would interfere with the proper performance of work. Any candidate/ applicant who does not satisfactorily fulfill the above criteria after medical examination will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
- The candidate/ applicant must be in good health and not less than 5′ (five feet) in height with an unexpanded chest measurement of 30″ (thirty inches) in the case of male candidates only.
