Educational Qualification

- five years minimum of continuous service as secretary as specified in Primary Agricultural Credit Societies Rule 2 of the H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971. The required experience for a candidate with a graduate degree is now three years rather than five.
- All PACS workers who fall under the category of “trained Secretaries” are qualified for the positions.
- The candidate must not be a direct or indirect member of the underclass.
Age Limit
- The minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years and the maximum age should not exceed 45 years.
Salary Detail
- The selected candidates will get a salary ranging from Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 26,600/- per month.
