Educational Qualification
For Deputy Director:
- Officers of Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation/ Central Government /State Government/ Union Territory Administration failing which from Semi-Government statutory or Autonomous Organisations.
- Holding analogous posts regularly (Substantive Post); or
- With five (05) years of regular service in the Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- (Rs 8000-275-13500) (Pre-revised) or equivalent; or
- With eight (08) years of regular service in the Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs. Possessing experience in dealing with disciplinary matters.
For Assistant Director:
- Holding analogous posts regularly (Substantive Post); or
- With five (03) years of regular service in the Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- (Rs 6500-200-10500) (Pre-revised); or equivalent; or
- With Seven (07) years of regular service in the Pay Band-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- (Rs 5500-175-9000) (Pre-revised) or equivalent.
- Possessing three years’ experience in dealing with disciplinary/Vigilance cases in a responsible capacity.
Age Limit
- The Candidates should not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of the application submission.

- For Deputy Director: Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
