Educational Qualification For BEL Recruitment 2024
- The candidates should possess a B.E./ B. Tech / B.Sc. from any recognized university or institution.
BEL Recruitment 2024: Age limit
Age relaxation is applicable for OBC, SC, ST and PWD candidates. Candidates belonging to these categories can check the age relaxation here.
- Other Backward Classes (OBC): 3 years
- Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Persons with Disability (PwD) having minimum 40% disability: 10 years
BEL Recruitment 2024: Salary Detail
Trainee Engineer – I
Trainee Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 02 years and may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year (including the initial period) based on project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- per month for the 1st year and Rs. 35,000/- for the 2nd year. In the event of an extension of tenure, the remuneration shall be Rs. 40,000/- for 3rd year per month.
Project Engineers – I
Project Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of 3 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year (including the initial period) based on project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st year and Rs. 45,000/- for the 2nd year and Rs. 50,000/- for the 3rd year. In the event of an extension of tenure, the remuneration shall be Rs. 55,000/- for 4th year per month.

The selection of the candidates is based on their performance in the Written Test and interview.

Project Engineer
Candidates belonging to the General/ OBC/ EWS category are required to pay Rs. 400/-
Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
