The main objective of launching Uttar Pradesh Kashi Darshan Scheme by the state government is to promote tourism in religious and spiritual cities in the state. To boost the number of devotees and tourists here, the government is going to organize tours of all the major places for only Rs500. There are many devotees and tourists who are not able to visit the major places of Kashi due to weak economic condition, hence under this scheme, those devotees will be made to visit religious places.
Visiting places
As we told you that under UP Kashi Darshan Scheme, five major places of Kashi will be visited for Rs500. Among these major places, darshan of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kotwal Kaal Bhairav of Kashi, Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan will be given. Apart from these, when tourists and devotees also come to visit the ghat of Kashi, the devotees will also be given the experience for which Namo Ghat has also been included under this scheme.
The scheme will be started from Varanasi Railway Station so that tourists arriving via train can take advantage of it. Tourists will have to get a Kashi Darshan pass by paying a fee. Soon the facility to book tickets online will also be provided under this scheme. Apart from this, toll free bus numbers will also be issued for the tourists, by contacting them they will be able to easily know when and which place they can visit.
