About Yojana
sukh Samman Nidhi Yojana has been started by the Himachal Pradesh government for the women of the state so that women become self-reliant and empowered. Under this scheme, all eligible women will be given financial assistance of Rs1500 every month by the government. Eligibility Criteria
women belonging to poor and helpless class of Himachal Pradesh state can avail the benefits of Sukh Samman Nidhi Yojana.
those women who are living below the poverty line will be given the benefit of this scheme.
If any member of a woman’s family is a pension holder or is a contract, outsourced, government employee, daily wage earner, part-time employee or income tax payer, then the woman is not eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
Apart from this, those women who are working as multi task workers, mid-day meal, Asha workers or in Panchayati Raj institutions or employees of urban local bodies will also not get the benefit of the scheme.
women working or pensioners in any agency are also not eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
