About Yojana
under PM Kusum Yojana, the government has set a target to convert 17.5 lakh diesel pumps and 3 crore agricultural pumps into solar pumps in the coming 10 years. Installation of solar pumps will help in increasing solar production, the government has the initial budget for this has been kept at Rs 500 crore.

How to Apply
to apply online for M Kusum Yojana, first of all you have to go to its official website.
After this, select your state on the home page of the website and click on the option of Online Registration.
As soon as you click, the application form of PM Kusum Yojana will open in front of you.
After this you will have to fill the information asked in the form like Name, Address, Aadhar Card Number, Mobile Number etc.
Then you have to upload all your documents in it.
After this you have to submit the form and take a printout of the registration receipt and keep it.

Application Fees
under this scheme, the applicant will have to pay an application fee at the rate of Rs 5,000 per MW and GST to apply for a solar power plant. This payment will be made in the form of a demand draft in the name of Managing Director Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation.
